Christmas Extended Returns Policy

We know there’s nothing better than Christmas shopping to get you in the festive spirit. We also know that sometimes you might change your mind, that’s why we’ve extended our normal returns policy over the festive period.

In addition to our standard returns policy, any items ordered online or purchased in in store between November 1st and December 24th 2023 can be returned up until, and including 20th January 2024 for a full refund back to your original payment method. 

For purchases made from 25 December onwards, our normal refund policy of 28 days will apply. Please remember to return with a printed return note.

Please return your items in the original box or bag.

Normal exclusions on returning certain items still applies - please refer to our normal Returns Policy for more details.
