FREE DELIVERY

DC Leisure Group offer free delivery on most orders over £150. We do have some exclusions to this for long and extra long items such as awnings, multi-rails and smart panels. This is due to the lack of couriers in the market that will carry these "LONG"  items and the extortionate rates they charge businesses.  We believe we are extremely competitive with our products but in order to retain our competitiveness,  we unfortunately have to pass on some of these shipping costs to our customers. We constantly review our charges and greatly appreciate where customers can collect these items from our warehouse in Runcorn, Cheshire. It also helps the environment too! :-)

ATOM-ESS Products are also excluded from free delivery due to the nature of the device being battery based and the inflated rates charged by couriers to handle this kind of product.

Please note: this is not an exhaustive list and shipping will be calculated at check out.  If unsure, please call us beforehand and we can advise.

PREMIUM POSTCODES

Some non-mainland islands of the UK and areas in the Scottish Highlands AND Ireland (North & South) cost more to deliver and in these cases particularly due to the new import/export rules following Brexit, our delivery costs will need to reflect this.  Whilst we will endeavor to keep all delivery charges at cost only to our customers, we will need to pass this on to the customer and you may be contacted if we need to increase these costs. Please contact us if you think this may affect you and we will try and keep it to a minimum. DC Leisure Group maintain the right to cancel any order that will be deemed as a loss to the business and will refund the customer according if the customer does not wish to pay any additional charges.

Also, for these Premium postal codes, we may not be able to offer free delivery.  This is at the discretion of DC Leisure Group.

Please note: DC Leisure Group do not currently deliver outside the UK.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY

All delivery times listed on our website and product pages are estimates and cannot be guaranteed unless specifically arranged in advance with DC Leisure Group. We strive to dispatch all orders within 3-5 days of order completion for orders placed by 12:00, provided the items are in stock or unless otherwise indicated.

Please note that DC Leisure offers a wide range of products with multiple options for various vehicles and applications, making it impractical to keep all items in stock. As a result, some items may need to be specially ordered for customers. Additionally, popular items may occasionally run low or go out of stock. To avoid a wasted journey, we highly recommend calling ahead to check availability.

If an item is out of stock, we will notify you with information on the expected dispatch date.

 

CLICK & COLLECT

DC Leisure are continuously working on reducing our carbon footprint and becoming “greener”.  Therefore, where possible we encourage all our customers to collect from our premises. This in turn is more cost-effective for the customer and for our business. It also means we can check we have all your order and that it is ready for you.  It also means we get to meet you face-to-face. We’ll even put the kettle on! 

PLEASE NOTE: Some of our products are held offsite and may not be available that day, so please check before you set off to avoid an unnecessary journey.

PRE ORDERS

While we strive to maintain stock levels on our most popular product lines, this can sometimes be challenging, particularly in August when many European manufacturers have their annual shutdown.

If items go out of stock, we will continue to process payments for orders and provide an estimated time of arrival (ETA) for each item. Any changes to the ETA will be updated on our website. If you are not satisfied with this arrangement, you may request a full refund.

Please note: This does not apply to special order items. This does not affect your statutory rights. If unsure, please contact DC Leisure Group prior to placing your order.
