This is a mounting adapter for the F45s, which is tailor-made for Ford Custom Nugget models with a high roof installed. Please note that only models from 2012 to 2023 are compatible with this adapter. This adapter kit contains two 12cm brackets. Please note that this adapter is only compatible with vehicles that have a standard roof & short wheel base (H1-L1).
